2024 Woman’s Exchange Federation Meeting
The Woman’s Exchange is pleased to participate in a network of other independent Woman’s Exchange’s throughout the country. We gather together to share ideas, inspiration and discuss how we can continue to support others. The Woman’s Exchange of St. Louis is excited to be the host Exchange for the 2024 meeting.

Kathleen Waters Sander delves into the history of Woman's Exchanges and looks at the women who led the organizations—and those who used them to stave off poverty. As Sander shows, Exchanges evolved into an important forum for entrepreneurial growth. They also provide an example of how women used the voluntary sector, which had so successfully served as a conduit for their political and social reforms, to advance opportunities for economic independence.

Join us April 19-21, 2024, in St. Louis for a weekend full of conversation and laughs.
Tentative Schedule:
Friday, April 19: Check in and join us for a hosted welcome cocktail buffet reconnecting with old friends and meeting new ones, too!
Saturday, April 20: We will start with our annual federation meeting and then have a day of panels and discussions featuring industry leaders. We will gather later in the evening to close our official part of the meeting with a hosted cocktail dinner reception.
Sunday, April 21 is a day for you to explore our wonderful city and we will provide resources for you to see and do!
