Immigrant & Refugee Training Program

Since 2006, The Woman’s Exchange of St. Louis has supported immigrants and refugees through employment, training, and practical resources designed to help participants succeed in the workplace and build greater stability.

Participants may receive hands-on job training, English as a Second Language support, transportation assistance, housing resources, and connections to other community services as needed. Many graduates have gone on to continued education, management roles, and other professional opportunities, while some have grown into leadership positions within The Woman’s Exchange.
